Overview
This workbook is designed to produce calendar/appointment pages that are printed and
inserted into a binder. Even if you don't need an appointment calendar, this file is worth
looking at because it's nicely designed and has a good user interface. A few simple VBA
macros do all the work.

Features
- Each week prints on two facing pages. Double-sided printing is not supported, so you'll
need to do some double-sided photocopying to actually use the results.
- Select the starting day and number of weeks to print
- Select the earliest time shown in the calendar (for example, 7:00 am if you're an
early-bird).
- Print or preview the results.
- Works with Excel 5, 95, or 97.
- Unprotected, so you can view the macros and formulas.
